We all know what it's like hitting the scales after the holidays..and if you don't.. then I hate you already. Those extra pounds from the turkey, the dressing, the pies, the cake.. well it ads up! Bats in the Belfry Freebie.

Well as I live in East Tennessee I can only say that most of my experiences with bats have been in the negative category. The Summer before last, I was raft guiding on the Pigeon River.

2-Live Wildwater Crew

Okay so having went completely off point from where I was going.. I swear I'm making a point. To say that when I was living at the Guide Communal Cabin.. (with all the crazies above may I  mention) We had small hostel type rooms for each of us. So mine was in the loft of this cabin. Needless to say there is something that attracts bats to me.. (like they are mini vampires and are out to suck my blood. I just know it, I even named one of my regular winged visitors Dracula) So paranoia aside.. because the lil bloodthirsty fiends always seemed to swoosh up to my face at regular intervals when attempting to sleep. I took to sleeping with a pillow on my head and carrying a bad-mitten raquet with me at all times while in the house. If you've ever seen the movie 'The Great Outdoors' you'll know what I mean about sonar guided rodents and this pic.

So, with bad-mitten weapony goodness in hand, I would trapse about in the night with not a care in the world. So inspired by my real life terrors for Halloweeny goodness I present:

Wonderland Hunt started today

 The Very Merry Un-Birthday set from Boof. This set includes a long table with teacups, cake slices, a dormouse teapot (it gives teacups) , cake (Gives slices), 4 tiny chairs that work well with both child and adult avatars, a floating chandelier that when clicked gives off glitter over the table top. Also included are presents that hand out checkered balloons, wonderland themed party hats and play cards for your mouth. 

 Now what I'm know for, the mouth teabag. Nicely sculpted with shading delicately done. The teabag reads Are you Mad? Tea Outfitters. 

 I always adored the dormouse from the stories and have wanted a pet for a long time! So Here he is in his little 'home' for you to carry about. The handheld pot is animated and both the shoulder and hand pets blink at random intervals. 

Finally the Wonderland headgear. This comes with the mad hatter's hat, white rabbits ears, Alice's bow, and the Cheshire Cat's ears. All are fully resizable so they are good for children and adults. 

I have to say this is one of my favorite things I've built in awhile, as I've always loved Alice in Wonderland so much. Please visit in world at Boof HQ

WHat I'm working on now

The Boof will be in a Alice in Wonderland hunt very soon and I wanted to go all out for this build. Why you may ask? Mostly because it was my favorite story to read when I was younger. Aside from Peter Pan, it was my favorite childhood story. The Pic below is the progress I've made on a Very Merry Unbirthday table. There is a lot of texture work to still be done. Along with animated sits and scripted food and drinks but I'm very happy with it so far!
